Build Your Channel Structure
Create channels for each squad, club announcements, social plans, or tactics. Club admins control who can access and post in each channel.
1. Download and Create Your Account
Download TeamTalk from the App Store or Google Play, then create your account by following the on-screen steps.
You will need to verify your email address before continuing.
2. Join or Create a Club
If you want to join an existing team/club, open the main navigation and choose Join a Club.
- Search by club name for direct matches
- Search by location to find nearby clubs
- Filter by activity day and ability level
- Send a Request to Join and wait for approval
If your team/club is not on TeamTalk yet, tap Create a Club and complete the setup form.
3. Set Up Channels and Events
Think of your club as a castle and each channel as a room with a purpose.
Create Events in the Right Channel
All members in that channel are invited automatically. This keeps team events private and club-wide events visible to everyone who needs them.
Configure Squad Selection
Choose manual squad picks, first-available rules, or all-available. Reserve lists can auto-promote when players drop out.
Match Setup Walkthrough
Use this flow when creating your first match event.
- Open the correct channel and tap the plus button.
- Select Create Event and choose Match.
- Add opponent details (for your club records).
- Set date, time, and location.
- Choose your squad selection method and reserve behavior.
- Publish the event and track responses in real time.
